Howard Buchalter is a shareholder with Sender & Wasserman, P.C.   Most of Mr. Buchalter's practice is devoted to commercial litigation and collection law.  Representative clients include trade creditors, leasing companies, financial institutions, insurance companies and motor vehicle financing affiliates.

Mr. Buchalter also has an extensive practice devoted to creditor representation in bankruptcy and owner representation in landlord-tenant disputes.  Within the latter area, Mr. Buchalter has concentrated representing owners in HUD Section 8 lease disputes.

Mr. Buchalter has been with the firm since 1988.

A graduate of the University of Denver Law School, he received his Masters Degree in Economics from the University of California and his B.S. in Economics from New York University.

Mr. Buchalter is a member of the Denver, Colorado, American and American Trial Lawyer's Associations.
