Sender & Wasserman, P.C. was established by the merger of two firms which were established by Harvey Sender and John Wasserman in 1979 and 1981. The Firm provides the depth of knowledge and breadth of experience required to advise its clients in a wide range of legal matters.
Sender & Wasserman, P.C. is particularly proud of the representation it provides its clients in the areas of complex bankruptcy (including representation of creditors, debtors, trustees and committees), commercial real estate, commercial and real estate litigation, business transactions, collections and matrimonial matters.
Our administrative, secretarial and litigation support services are fully computerized and integrated with internet access. In addition, our paraprofessional staff handles much of the preliminary and on-going casework, including research, document analysis, discovery, trial preparation and file management.
While our attorneys provide full service representation in highly specialized areas of law practice, our clients may be assured that the resources of the Firm's attorneys are available to accommodate expanding and changing needs.
All of the Firm's attorneys are licensed to practice in Colorado and several are also admitted to practice in other jurisdictions, which enables the Firm to serve clients in multi-state transactions.
In addition to their law practices, our attorneys are actively involved in a number of professional, community, charitable and governmental activities.
